March 2016 Meeting Minutes

Wellington Village is a vibrant Ottawa neighbourhood bounded by Island Park Drive to the west, Scott Street to the north, Holland Avenue to the east and the Queensway to the south. Tree lined streets, red brick facades, great schools, and a main street of independent businesses, food shops and artisans have helped turn this area into one of Ottawa’s most enjoyable communities. Most amenities are within walking distance, with plenty of green spaces for all residents to enjoy and easy access to the Ottawa River. The new LRT station at Tunney’s Pasture connects Wellington Village to the downtown and beyond in minutes.

Upcoming WVCA Meetings:

The next WVCA board meeting is Thursday September 26th, from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

The following meetings are tentatively scheduled for Thursday October 17th and Thursday November 21st.

Usually the WVCA meets the third Thursday of each month at Fisher park School from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

~Enter via Holland Ave doors, turn right upon entering, room 112 is down hall on your left.

~Accessible entrance via Harmer Avenue only: Enter the school and head straight down the main hall, turn left at the end and room 112 will be on your left.
