The subject lands are located on the east side of Parkdale Avenue and north of Burnside Avenue, south of Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway.
Description of Site and Surroundings:
The subject properties are approximately 1,139.0 square metres in size, with a frontage of 31.0 metres onto Parkdale Avenue and 15.0 metres onto Burnside Avenue. A single-detached dwelling is currently situated at 71 Burnside Avenue and two apartment buildings, each with 6 residential units, are located at 111 and 115 Parkdale Avenue. The gross floor area of these buildings is 1,250.0 square metres. Mostly residential uses surround the site, including apartment and single-detached dwellings to the north, east, and south of the subject lands, while institutional uses in the form of federal government buildings (Tunney

As per notification from Councillor Katherine Hobbs:
On Wednesday, Janaury 15th, 2014, from 7-9 PM in the upstairs meeting room at the Churchill Seniors Centre, I will be hosting a pre-consultation regarding development at 70 Richmond Road, currently home to Island Park Auto Sales.
No application has been made at this site. This meeting will be the first step in a community discussion with the developer before any decisions are made.
The zoning of the site is TM[83]H(15).
On Wednesday, Janaury 15th, 2014, from 7-9 PM in the upstairs meeting room at the Churchill Seniors Centre, I will be hosting a pre-consultation regarding development at 70 Richmond Road, currently home to Island Park Auto Sales.
