- What is meant by "residential intensification", what are the intensification targets in the Official Plan, where is it expected to occur within the city and why,
- The three ways in which small-scale infill projects are approved, and the consultation and development review processes by which they are approved, and
- How larger-scale infill projects are approved and what factors are considered by the department in approving them.
